Hello today I am offering my 1955 Chevy for consideration. The car was brought into Pennsylvania in November of 1995. It was previously titled in California which is the state it was built in. I will describe this car as accurately as possible. Please contact me with any questions.

The engine is a 350 that is .30 over making it a 355. The engine runs extremely well never overheats and carries great oil pressure usually 45lbs at idle. The engine was built professionally but unfortunately the owner of the shop has passed away. The gentleman that I purchased it from had it in his collection for many years, but he is getting on in years and has no records of the build. I run Mobil one in it with no issues. The wiper assy. is hidden under the dash. The radio is brand new AM/FM unit that displays an old-style slide but when you slide it the proper channel is showing. I have JBL speakers in the rear and speakers in the front floor kick panels. The round extra knob on the dash is the heater fan switch. The MSD box is secured inside the passenger side front fender. The vacuum cannister for the power brakes is secured inside the driver’s side front fender. The front brakes are new with new rotors, and spindles. The transmission is a Muncie 4 speed I think from 1968 but not sure if it’s a M-20 or 21. The rear end is 1967 Mustang with 3.73 gears and Strange axles. The exhaust consists of Hedman ceramic headers and Pypes exhaust. The rear springs are new, the gas tank is new and so is the sending unit. The car looks yellow, but it is actually painted in the original colors of Harvest Gold and India Ivory. ThΓs is the 10th and best 1955 Chevy I have owned. I know you cannot buy a decent car and restore it for what my Reserve is. Thanks for looking and Have a Great Day!
