1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop – 2 Door door for sale

This is a “GORGEOUS” 55 Bel Air hardtop, started out with a clean original panel car, complete frame off build, done in “Show Quality” Shadow Gray and Coral 2 tone, basecoat clearcoat, sanded and wheeled smooth, slick as glass, at time of build had new weather stripping, new front and rear window rubbers, new tinted windshield and back glass, new smoked side glass, all original window stainless has been re-polished to a show finish in excellent condition, upper door garnish moldings have also been re-polished in excellent condition, new side view mirrors, new door handles, new antenna, hood jet has also been re-chromed, new hood emblem, original grill and grill moldings in exceptional good condition, new headlight bezels; as well as high-def headlights, new parking light housings with LED lights, front bumper and bumper guards have also been re-chromed, all original Bel Air side stainless moldings have been re-polished to a show finish, accessory stone guard and rocker moldings, new Bel Air emblem emblems; also accessory gas door guard, new deck lid emblem, new taillight bezels; also updated with LED taillights, working reverse lights, rear bumper appears to have been re-chromed.

Dash has been refinished; as well as door and windshield garnish moldings, updated wiring harness through out, also been nicely updated with Dakota Classic instrumentation, billet dash bezels and trim, nicely updated with AM/FM stereo with IPOD capability, custom kick panel speakers and 6×9 out back, also has been updated with Vintage AC and heat, updated with RainWorks electric wipers, IDIDIT tilt steering column, new sun visors, all headliner stainless bows and garnish moldings are in excellent condition, original headliner in very good condition, black and white 2 tone front and rear door panels in very good condition; as well as front and rear seats, new carpet and custom floor mats, original sill plates.

Under the hood we have a professionally built 327, Edelbrock 4 barrel aluminum intake, nicely updated with Holley Sniper fuel injection with matching Holley electronic distributor, updated 80 amp alternator, Vintage AC and heat, CPP power steering, heavy duty aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, nicely updated with front disc brakes and stainless lines through out, 2 inch drop spindles, also nicely updated with front sway bar, all new suspension components, new fuel lines, set of medium length headers into 2 1/2 inch stainless exhaust with “X” pipe and Flowmaster mufflers out the back, this strong running 327 is backed up with a 350 turbo trans, factory posi rear; which at time of build was redone, new 2 inch lowering springs, also updated with rear sway bar, new fuel tank and sending unit, battery has been relocated to the trunk.

Rides on a set of Foose wheels 17×8 up front with 225/50/17 and 18×9 rear with 245/50/18.
