1961 Chevy Belair 4 door
Relisting due to nonpayment.
I have for sale this super solid 61 4 door Bel Air. As you can see from the pictures there is almost no rust, and the patina is what anyone would dream of. Only rust in the car is on the passenger front fender at the very front and then at the lower dog leg, and a small spot at the passenger front floor board, Pictures provided. Stock 6 cylinder and 2 speed power glide runs as they should and the car runs out nicely. Factory manual drum brakes and steering perform as they should. All the glass is good and windows go up & down as they should. The interior is nice, even the carpet is nice. The Carpet has been removed to show floor boards and it is rolled up in the trunk for re-installation. All of the door panels are nice except for the drivers at the lower has some fraying it needs to be redone, the car does need a headliner, the bows are in the trunk. The seats have recently been re-upholstered in green metallic with white inserts. The car shows 99,916 miles, by the condition of the outside and the interior I believe this to be correct. All of the gauges work, the radio lights up but does not come on it may be just the speaker. Even the cigarette lighter works. The hoses for the heater core have been disconnected and I haven’t ever gotten the chance to hook them back up. Car rides on air bags on all 4 corners, 2 switch system with one tank and one compressor, it could really use another compressor as it goes up slowly. It has the factory 14″ steel wheels with new tires on it all around. Only reason for selling is I found a 2 door flat top Cadillac I am wanting pretty bad. If this doesn’t sell I will just keep it & do a few things to and drive it. All in all a very nice car you would be hard pressed to find another in better shape. If you need any more pictures or have any other questions feel free to ask.
