1962 Impala Super Sport 4 Speed AND AIR Conditioning SS WEST Texas CAR
BUY IT NOW OR MAKE OFFER on this 1962 Impala SS with 4 speed manual transmission it is a factory A/C car. The car has been an ongoing project for years and has not been driven much, the paint is driver quality(not a show car), the interior is nice and was put in a few years ago and redone to the original style, the steering column is from a 60’s Cadillac with tilt and is telescopic and a 1963 Impala console. The engine I believe is a 327 and has been rebuilt, the transmission is a 4 speed manual, the wheels and tires are 20″ on the rear and 18’s on the front the are about 1 year old and not driven on much, it has manual drum brakes all the way around, the spot lights are dummy. The car is not a daily driver it has been an ongoing project that will make a nice driver with some work, what I found that needs work the brakes need adjusting but would be nice if disc brakes were installed, the a/c is not complete it is missing all components under the hood, there is an oil leak appears to be valve cover gaskets, starter solenoid does not alway engage, the truck floor does have some rust, the is not trunk springs nor trunk latch, it is not a show car.
