1966 vintage Ford Thunderbird Town Landau with a 300-horsepower 390 V-8 backed by a 3-Speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. Full-width taillights with sequential turn signals. Power steering, power brakes, and power windows. Swing-Away steering column with positive safe lock. 6-Way power driver seat. The roof has a levant-grain vinyl covering in sage-gold with a distinctive “S – Bar” on the roof pillar with inserts color-keyed to the roof color, with a T-Bird emblem at the center.
Current mileage is 113,900 miles. The 390 V8 engine was rebuilt at 100,000 mile and a new 4 bbl carburetor was installed in May 2019. No rust and all chrome is in excellent condition. There are some paint chips. Originated in Oklahoma, brought to New York in 1990 by second owner, I became third owner in 2001. Motivated to sell as I am focused on rebuilding a Triumph motorcycle.
