Chevrolet Corvette.
This is a 1972 model that runs drive and stops. It has a 74 rear clip and a 1975 front clip on it, This is no longer a chrome bumper car. The Good, All the numbers do match on engine, trans, rear end, frame and body.it is a T-Top car and also has the removeable rear glass. All the lights brake lights taillights and directionals function. Interior is all original even the floormats. it has a new fuel tank, fuel lines and fuel pump. New front wheel bearings calipers, rotors, lines and hoses. New starter, alternator, valve cover gaskets, plugs, wires, cap rotor. Updated to electronic ignition. I have a new complete weatherstrip kit, still in the box. other new parts as well. The Bad, I do not need to sell this vehicle, so the more I keep fixing stuff the higher the price will go. door panels do show quite a bit of wear. It will need front and rear suspension work to be 100 percent roadworthy. I do have a new monoleaf rear leaf upgrade kit, will need to be installed. I did drive it recently in the local parade with no issues, it does run cool. The original carb could use a rebuild. I was just going to put an edelbrock on it, the headlights only work manually, I was also going to be changing the wire harness because not all the gauges are working, tach doesn’t work either, because it hasn’t been converted yet from the points ignition that was originally in it. basically I have lost interest in this car as I have other projects in process. This car would make a great mechanic special, as all the body and paintwork has been done already, and the interior is pretty decent for a 50 year old vehicle. will consider offers but I have way more in this car than my asking price.
