This Oshkosh T-6 ARFF Crash/Fire/Rescue Vehicle until last week was owned by a local city airport in our home State of Mississippi and used as an AARF (Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting) vehicle for use at the airport, was previously handed down/transferred from a much larger airport about 30 miles across the state line in Louisiana, used in this capacity since new and was taken out of commission in 2016 because a newer model was handed down. This Detroit Diesel Turbo V8 engine is strong with good oil pressure, not running hot, not slobbering or using oil, runs great with no leaks, issues or any type of warning lights on, Allison 5 speed automatic transmission shifts properly, brakes are good, most of the interior functions seem to work, AC is not cold, heat is hot, the interior and body of the vehicle are in good shape with decent paint, the tire condition is good and can clearly be seen in the photos! This vehicle and apparatus were specifically ordered and designed for a very specific purpose for airport use in emergency situations dealing with airplane/runway fires dealing with different types of combustible liquids and materials. Please take a look at the photos and notice that this is a low mile, one owner original vehicle that was barely used during its life at the airport as a AAFF Vehicle, it has a very desirable engine/transmission package on a custom truck chassis custom built for on/off road use, whether you are buying this vehicle for your local fire department, airport, off road vehicle, parade float or whatever, it is one powerful truck. We are selling the vehicle with a notarized bill of sale only, the airport we purchased it from did not tag or title it although the auto-check says the unit was titled when it was new in 1989 to the original airport that owned it, we are selling with a notarized bill of sale only although we will be glad to assist you in trying to get the original airport to apply for a replacement title just not sure how quick or if that is a possibility, it was titled in the State of LA so a replacement can be retrieved in that State just not sure of the process and time frame, probably be best to hire a title agency in the state of LA and again we will assist but the title situation should not hold up full payment of the unit, if you need it we will assist if not and planning to use it off road then no reason to go through the motions, we can also supply the bill of sale where we purchased from the 2nd owner/airport, it will run and drive, we can’t test all the apparatus but were told that is was all working perfectly when parked, there is plenty of life left in this near 35 year old ARFF vehicle, regardless of age, condition or price, we are selling this vehicle AS IS and with absolutely
