1985 jeep J 10 pick up, half ton select trac four wheel drive, AMC 360 V8 with 2Bbl carb, 3 speed auto. Original alum Jeep wheels and the set of 33X12.50 mud terrains included. Previous owner is responsible for the body work but I like it like that. Most of these rusted away, nationwide search will show this is priced right. New carpet, The doors are from a grand Wagoneer and the power windows are wired in and they work. It also has the front bucket seats from a Grand Wagoneer. Everything works except the AC and the radio I have not looked into that yet but it’s a pretty simple fix. All rust holes were patched including the cab floor, but there is s small one bleeding through on the passengers side bed seam near the cab. New exhaust sounds great. All new body mounts for the bed. Cold starts no problem and passes inspection. Once warmed up she goes good, shifts nice. You can run around town and do whatever you want in this truck as it is now but there are a few things going on that could use some attention in the future.
There are some oil leaks at the valve covers as well as the crank seals. Not horrible but it does drip. There is a minor exhaust manifold leak on the driver side. Doesn’t bother me. The flywheel makes an odd noise every now and then. The heat works fine but the temp cable is stuck, (they all do this) the blower motor vibrates. The dash lights don’t work, but the exteriors do. I haven’t looked into it, I don’t normally drive it at night lol.
