1985 45 foot vessel (total length is 51 foot) built by the renowned Kha Shing shipyard in Taiwan, this vessel was delivered in Oakland California in 1985, and immediately transported to Lake Tahoe where she had been relaxing in cold fresh water until she was moved to the San Francisco Bay area in late 2016. New windows were custom made and installed in +-2013-2014 by a custom yacht restoration company out of Washington State (excluded port windows that were in great condition). Bottom was painted at J & H Marine in Stockton California in November 2016, and the props were professionally rebalanced and conditioned while she was out of the water. She has been docked in fresh water in Pittsburg California since her move, and has made several trips out the Golden Gate followed by a complete wash down. Aft Master suite with shower and bath tub, office with washer and dryer, forward sleeping berth, two baths, two 12 man off shore life boats. Runs great, +-2,000 hours on twin Diesel Volvo engines, generator used primarily to run vacuum.
