This boat just went through an extensive refit, no corners cut, while we had access we did it all.
New this year:
-1 complete Volvo engine with 2 year warranty
-other engine completely rebuilt including head, bearings, turbo, compressor, sensors that are easy to replace while motor is out we’re all done as well, after cooler, oil cooler
– new injectors
-new air filters
-all fuel filters replaced
-replaced all rubber hoses that were accessible since engines were removed
-new air condition pump
-new bilge pumps and floats
-transom assemblies new rubbers, new shift cables, new boots, new pivot pins, new bushings
-drives were re sealed
-new trim Rams (all 4)
-all new trim lines and fittings
-new shift actuators
-all new filters and fluids both engines, both drives, generator etc.
-new fresh water pump
-new waste pump
-6 new batteries
-new belts
-heat exchangers cleaned
-all engine zincs, generator zinc, and drive zinc replaced
-freshly bottom painted, drives as well.
