Also, prior to making ridiculous offers, please do some research and show me ANY 65 foot factory made yacht that is all original and complete for less than a 100k ANYWHERE in the world. For those who just woke up, here’s reality check: your money isnt worth anywhere near what it was worth even 3 years ago. $ 60k now is an equivalent of $ 40k in 2020 money AT BEST.

A classic American steel hull motor yacht built in Manitowoc, WI, this Burger Pilot House is 65 ft long with a 16 ft beam and a 5 ft draft. 50 tons water displacement. Beautiful all original mahogany interior. Powered by twin detroit diesels 225 h/p each. Westerbake generator, Raymarine navigation system, VHF, SSB, Compass, depthsounder, auto pilot, life raft. Wet bar on the aft deck, two fridges, microwave, electric stove/cook top, ac and heat, all working. Three state rooms in the aft+3 bathrooms/showers. Master suite is full beam with two separate beds. Forward of a spacious bright saloon is full galley, dinette for two, captains cabin, crew quarters and a shower with a separate head(bathroom). There is a huge open area on the aft deck with recently replaced custom vinyl curtain enclosure that cost $ 5000. The boat is enormous and feels more like an 80 ft , not a 65 ft yacht, its a floating condo with tons of living and storage space. Just so you can properly understand the size of this vessel, the waterline currently sits 7 feet above the ground. Unless you are 6 feet tall, you will not be able to reach it. 4800 hours on the engines. Two heavy duty anchors, stainless steel windlass chain, hundreds of feet of rope, shore power cables, all furniture comes with it. Remarkably, all original glass inside and outside is intact with exception of a 10″ crack in the saloon window port side.
The boat is currently in climate controlled storage in Winthrop Harbor, IL where its been for the last 4-5 years. Engines and generator ran before it was hauled out. Current storage is paid through September. October- May contract will run $12,000 for 8 months for inside storage, $4500 outside. The boat is currently USCG registered with valid certificate of documentation and no liens or claims against it. I am not a broker, I am the current owner of the boat.
