1987 AM General Humvee 6.2L Diesel – CLEAN NC TITLE

I purchased this nearly a decade ago off of an NC Sheriff. It supposedly came off of Fort Campbell in KY. This is a true US military surplus M998 humvee. Starts right up, runs and drives well. Recently replaced batteries, seats are comfortable leather seats, has both the military hitch as well as a civilian hitch so you can tow your boat or artillery piece. Always has had regular oil change, soft top and doors were NOS and put on 7-8 years ago and are in good shape. Tires are in good shape. Has snorkel and of course is 4×4. Getting these titled is very difficult in NC and in many states, but this one has a clean NC title and is tagged/road legal. Being a nearly 40 year old truck, it has typical things needing attention such as the windshield wiper blades are kaput as is the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. These are military trucks, there’s no AC(only the slant backs have AC), they are hot, slow and LOUD. The truck was used on our farm and is dusty/dirty.
While I do not NEED to sell this truck, we just do not drive it much anymore and I’d love the garage space. Feel free to make a FAIR offer. Cash only, must meet at a bank for your safety/mine. NO TRADES please. You’ll either need to bring a trailer or bring dealer tags as the truck does not include my license plate. Sold AS IS where is.
