Take a look at this simply stunning 1933 Ford extended cab pickup. This street rod is a great build quality with a lot of time and attention spent to make it just right. Numerous receipts and pictures of the build go to the new owner. This build started with a 32 Ford frame that was boxed and strengthened, which then mated to an Art Morrison rear clip with a TCI independent front suspension and a Ford 9 with 3.73 posi gears! The engine is a 383 stroker from Summit Racing with a Mallory Unilite distributor, Edelbrock carburetor, custom stainless steel headers running to HPC stainless mufflers that exit before the rear tires. The engine is dressed up with custom painted valve covers, air cleaner and spark plug looms. The spark plug wires are even green to match the rest of the build. This truck is all about attention to detail. It has been lovingly named The Fraud because it is a Ford that is Chevy powered. The engine is backed by a Borg Warner T-10 4-speed manual transmission that routes power to the custom 9 rear end. The body starts with a Speedway Motors extended cab body, a steel bed and new fenders and running boards. The steel bed is a tilt bed, and is so nicely done that you would never guess it tilts when it is in the down position. Tilting it up gives people a bit more to talk about at the car shows. The paint is a custom three-tone number that is classy and clean. Pearl White up top dances in the sun while a Dark Green Metallic around the bottom is very rich and sophisticated. TCI provided the suspension for this beauty and the brakes are handled by Wilwood discs up on all four corners with a Corvette dual reservoir master cylinder and 7 brake booster to make this truck stop on a dime. Getting it going is helped by Hoosier 18.5 wide rear tires on Cragar Dragstar aluminum wheels. LED taillights make sure youre visible from the rear while 7 halogen sealed beam headlights light the way up front. Inside is comfortable and clean with high back bucket seats done is a lovely green cloth, matching door panels, a custom overhead console that houses the AM/FM/CD player, Hurst shifter and tilt GM steering column. The dash is made from one solid piece of wood that has been cut to house the digital gauge and bezel, and looks great! We could literally go on for days about this truck and all of the cool custom
