GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1973 Lincoln Town Car for your consideration. When the owner acquired this vehicle last year, he immediately began restoring it. The exterior restoration is extremely impressive and leaves you wondering if it has ever been driven. This is not the first vehicle that the owner has restored and that is clear by the quality of the work done. This Town Car is powered by a 460 8-cylinder engine and a 3-speed automatic transmission. On the exterior, the work done includes a new vinyl roof, a pristine paint job, and new tires. Inside this Lincoln, a new water pump was installed, a new battery, a new gas tank, new front brakes, a new master cylinder, and a tune-up with new wires. The power antenna was also replaced this year.

For those who appreciate modern audio technology, a new Bluetooth stereo, radio, and speakers were all recently added as well. We also have the original manuals and 2 sets of keys in our possession. Some additional features include power steering, power brakes, disc brakes on the front, and heater.

The Lincoln Town Car is a model line of full-size luxury sedans that was marketed by the Lincoln division of the American automaker Ford Motor Company. For 1959, Lincoln augmented it’s pre-existing Continental lineup with the addition of two formal sedans known as the Town Car and Limousine. In place of the reverse-slant roofline used by all other Continentals (including convertibles), the Town Car/Limousine was styled with a notchback roofline with a heavily padded vinyl top and an inset rear window. For 1973, Lincoln introduced a two-door variant of the Continental Town Car, named the Town Coupe. As with the Town Car, the Town Coupe offered a standard vinyl roof.
